1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through KOTACYBER.MY, including digital goods such as ranks, virtual items, perks, and other in-game benefits.

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold are virtual digital goods delivered electronically and intended for use only within the server. These items:

• have no real-world monetary value
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be transferred outside the platform

Because of the nature of digital goods, most purchases are considered fulfilled once delivered.

3. Delivery Confirmation

A purchase is considered delivered once the digital goods are successfully credited to the user's in-game account.

4. General Refund Rule

All sales are final once digital goods have been successfully delivered, except where required by applicable law.

However, refunds may be granted where required by applicable law or under specific eligible circumstances outlined below.

5. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• duplicate payment was made for the same purchase
• a payment was processed but the item was not delivered
• an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is confirmed
• a technical system error prevented delivery

Each case is reviewed individually. Approval is not automatic.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• change of mind
• accidental purchases
• lack of usage
• server downtime or maintenance
• account suspension or ban due to rule violations
• dissatisfaction with randomized reward outcomes
• misunderstanding of item description

7. Account Violations

If a user is suspended or banned for violating server rules, no refunds will be issued for any active or unused digital goods.

8. Randomized Purchases

Some products may grant randomized virtual rewards. By purchasing such items, you acknowledge that results are chance-based and specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Randomized outcomes do not qualify for refunds.

9. Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

10. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

• processing time: 5-14 business days
• refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

We do not issue refunds via alternative methods.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you must contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• suspension of account access
• revocation of digital goods
• restriction from future purchases

12. Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline any refund request if we reasonably believe there is:

• abuse of the refund system
• policy manipulation
• fraudulent activity
