Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," or "our" refers to the business above.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of KOTACYBER.MY, including the Minecraft server, website, in-game features, Discord community, and digital goods (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, connecting to, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the Official Server Rulebook set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under applicable law.
You may use the Services only if you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that such permission has been granted.
The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed services and may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

All items, ranks, perks, currency, keys, or benefits sold are virtual digital goods intended solely for use within the server.

Digital goods are typically delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical or system delays.
A purchase is considered fulfilled once the digital goods are successfully credited to your in-game account.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details and are not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or failures caused by these providers.
All purchases are final. However, refunds may be granted where required by applicable law or in the following circumstances:
Refund eligibility is determined after investigation based on reasonable assessment of available evidence.
If you experience any issue with a purchase, you must contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we may resolve the matter promptly.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior contact may result in temporary account suspension while the case is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in permanent account termination.
We reserve the right to request identity verification for suspicious transactions. Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
The server may undergo resets, balance adjustments, updates, or seasonal changes. Items or progress may be modified or removed as part of these changes.
Replacement of items may be offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture but is not guaranteed.

The server may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Downtime does not entitle users to compensation.

These rules apply to both the Minecraft Server and Discord. By joining the server, all players are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all rules below.

If you discover a bug, you must report it to Admin or Staff. Using a bug for advantage is a serious offense.

The server has a World Border of approximately +/-20,000 blocks from the world center.
Players are allowed to explore within the World Border.
Nether travel is permitted and encouraged.

World Border exploitation is considered a severe offense.
Penalty: Permanent Ban without warning.
Administrators may skip stages if necessary to protect the server.
Each player is granted one opportunity to appeal.

Administrative decisions after review are final.
Staff cannot read your mind. If issues, misconduct, bugs, or disturbances occur, use the ticket system to report them.
"It's not listed in the rules" is not a valid excuse. If an action is clearly unfair, harmful, or abusive, action may still be taken.
If something feels unfair, it likely is unfair.
The server operates on principles of fairness and healthy gameplay. Staff decisions are made in the best interest of the server and community.
Rules may be updated at any time. Players are responsible for staying informed of the latest version.
If a player is banned or suspended, active or unused digital goods may be revoked. Bans do not pause or extend purchases.
Purchases are made at the user's own risk and remain subject to compliance with server rules.
All server content, systems, designs, and assets are our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, including loss of data, digital goods, or access.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failure, or government actions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and related policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services.
